2022-79 Teaching boats, dialogue conference

Description

Møre og Romsdal County invites tenderers to a dialogue conference for the procurement of 3 teaching boats for sixth form education for Herøy Sixth Form College, Ålesund Sixth Form College, and Hustadvika Sixth Form College. The boats will be used for teaching pupils within blue use of nature, mainly fishing and catch. The dialogue conference will be held digitally on Teams. Lot 1: 1. Dialogue conference Møre og Romsdal County will use the possibility in the rules for public procurements to get input from the market on what possibilities lie within innovation and new thinking in the area. Date of the dialogue conference: 17 June 2022 at 09:00. Duration approx. one hour. Register for the dialogue conference by sending an email to dordi.storvik@xpro.as with a name and email address for teams connection, and a preference for a date/time for a 1:1 meeting. 2. 1-1 meetings Invitations will be sent to 1:1 meetings after the dialogue conference for suppliers that would like to provide feedback to Møre og Romsdal County on the procurement. The meetings will be held digitally on Teams. As a starting point the meetings will be held on Monday 20 June, Tuesday 21 June, and Wednesday 22 June, with an option for subsequent meetings at a later date if there is a need for this. 30 - 60 minutes have been put aside for each meeting. The contracting authority reserves the right to make changes to the length and time of the meetings based on the number of registrations. 3. Contest Møre og Romsdal County will announce a contest in 2022 for the procurement for 3 teaching boats for sixth form education. Before the needs and requirements specification is completed, the county would like the market's input on the possibilities and innovation in the area for the procurement. Lot 1: 1.
