Description
Askøy municipality, c/o the Municipal Council shall enter into a contract with a provider for the execution of an independent investigation of the incident where the municipality’s inhabitants were exposed to water-borne contagion through drinking water from Kleppe Vannverk (Kleppe water supply station) in June 2019. The objective of the contract is to map the course of events, find direct and underlying causes, assess the water supply system at Askøy and suggest measures for avoiding future equivalent incidents, as well as assessing the municipality's management of the incident. The assignment includes the implementation and investigation as described in Annex 1 — the contracting authority's requirement specification.
