Tunbridge Wells Property Holdings Limited started trading in 2015 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. The Council is looking to offer a new contract for the audit of the accounts of Tunbridge Wells Property Holdings Limited, for a 3-year term, with an option to extend by two further periods of 12 months (3+1+1).
