This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice to inform and seek engagement with potential providers for the Provision of Personal and Social Care at The Croft, Abbots Road, Newtownabbey for People Living with Dementia. Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) wish to engage with potential providers on behalf of the Northern Health and Social Care Trust (the "Trust") to obtain a market view of the potential requirements through a questionnaire.
