In advance of commencing the procurement process, Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) wishes to hold Technical Dialogues based on informal discussions with market players to provide HRI with a greater understanding of the options available to us for a replacement of MDB (Main Distribution Board) at Leopardstown Racecourse. The objective of this review is to allow us to better understand the market and how best to specify our requirements and to scope the complete project from start to finish to include all associated risks.
