Description

Lot 1: To represent the contracting authority or the Minister in the Criminal prosecution of offences in connection with breaches of employment legislation, including prosecutions for failing to comply with an order under sections 43 or 45 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015. Lot 2: To represent the contracting authority seeking District Court Orders to enforce a decision of an adjudicator or the Labour Court. Lot 3: To represent the contracting authority at the Labour Court in appeals brought by employers in respect of compliance notices served on him or her.
