ID6064 Capital Investment Consultancy Services Framework

Description

Manchester Airport Group (MAG) are looking to appoint partners who can support the delivery of future capital expenditure (Capex) investments. The MAG ID6064 Capital Investment Consultancy Services partnership is anticipated to be the primary route to market, to support the delivery of MAG's 5-8-year Capital Investments programme. MAG anticipate the appointment of key consultant(s) and specialists with a proven track record in self-delivery to develop and establish a collaborative, engaged and dynamic partnership, built on a culture of openness, transparency and a shared commitment to deliver the Capital Pipeline. Lot 1: Project Services - North Provision of multiple services offered as either managed services or contingent labour, to support Capital Delivery in the North Region. The North Region includes Manchester Airport (MAN) and East Midlands Airport (EMA) Lot 2: Project Services - South Provision of multiple services offered as either managed services or contingent labour, to support Capital Delivery in the South Region (Stansted Airport - STN) Lot 3: Built Environment Design Services - North Provision of multidisciplinary design services in the Built Environment, covering all stages of the RIBA plan of work, to support the North Region. The North Region includes East Midlands Airport (EMA) and Manchester Airport (MAN), These services involve assuming the roles of Principal Designer and Client Design Guardian as required. Lot 4: Built Environment Design Services - South Provision of multidisciplinary design services in the Built Environment, covering all stages of the RIBA plan of work, to support the South Region(Stansted, STN). These services involve assuming the roles of Principal Designer and Client Design Guardian as required. Lot 5: Airfield Systems Provision of specialised knowledge and expertise in the design, integration, and management of airfield control systems across East Midlands Airport (EMA), Manchester Airport (MAN) and Stansted Airport (STN). Lot 6: Retail Design and Management Design retail units from shell and core to Cat 1 and Cat 2 fit outs, while providing project management and third-party supervision across Manchester Airport (MAN), East Midlands Airport (EMA) and Stansted Airport (STN) Lot 7: RIBA 1&2 Architect Services Early Architect engagement to support optioneering and early concept. and initial design for terminal and commercial buildings to support early business case approvals across Manchester Airport (MAN), East Midlands Airport (EMA) and Stansted Airport (STN). Lot 8: ASIAD Security Engineers / Specialist Provide registered specialist engineering services from consultants listed on the Register (https://www.rses.org.uk/) of Security Engineers and Specialists (RSES) across East Midlands Airport (EMA), Manchester Airport (MAN) and Stansted Airport (STN) Lot 9: Fire Engineering Consultancy Provide specialist fire engineering consultancy services ensuring asset integrity across Manchester Airport (MAN), East Midlands Airport (EMA) and Stansted Airport (STN). Lot 10: MEP Building Services Provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) designer services to support the Built Environment and Architectural lot, responsible for M&E asset condition surveys and system design across Manchester Airport (MAN), East Midlands Airport (EMA) and Stansted Airport (STN). Lot 11: Independent Cost Consultancy Provide independent estimating and cost assurance services for capital project delivery, focusing on forecasting, monitoring, and controlling costs to ensure adherence to the budget. The Independent Cost Consultancy to cover Manchester Airport (MAN), East Midlands Airport (EMA) and Stansted Airport (STN).
