Competition for the provision of a National eProcurement Platform on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis for the Office of Government Procurement

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (“the Contracting Authority”) invited requests to participate (“Responses”) to this pre-qualification questionnaire (“PQQ”) from economic operators (“Candidates”) for the provision of services described in Appendix 1 of this PQQ (the “Services”). References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”). This public procurement competition (“Competition”) was being conducted in accordance with the restricted procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”).
