Burley Recreation Ground – Pump Track

Description

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (The Council) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide new pump track at Burley / Iron Row Recreation Ground, York Road, Burley In Wharfedale, LS29 7DH. This will include formation of the pump track, balance bike track and staging area. The pump track is required to be delivered to the designs and specifications that are present in this document pack. Please see Appendix 1 – Specification for full details. We expect that the works on site should take no longer than 6 months. The anticipated value of the contract is £200,000. Costs must include all site set up and preliminary costs, design time, all materials required, labour for construction and any other associated costs. It must also include any costs of making good areas of ground disturbed by the works.
