Repair and maintenance services of military aircrafts, missiles and spacecrafts

Description

The objective of this procurement is to meet the Buyers need for maintenance of 16 MFI-15, Military Reference T-17 Saab Safari. The contract must include all maintenance, repairs, modifications and updating certificates, manuals, logbooks that are necessary for keeping the Royal Norwegian Air Force's MFI-15 Saab Safari in airworthy condition in accordance with military aviation regulations, within a limit of 1 300 hours in air operations per annum. All work must be executed in accordance with the TO 1T-17 Serie, as well as the 2R-serie (engine) and the 3H-1-Serie (propellers). The work includes, but not limited to: All Inspections in Fixed Intervals, Type: 50 hours inspection 100 hours inspection 500 hours inspection 1 000 hours inspection 1 500 hours inspection 2 000 hours inspection 3 000 hours inspection Pre-flight/thru-flight/Basic post-flight — Daily Inspection (DI) Total "Ground handling" (cleaning, clarification, towing, tanking, de-icing, etc. in accordance with requirements). Audit of technical manuals (TO) that are distributed to the Supplier Repairs of occasional "SNAG" Engine corrosion inspections Installation/deinstallation of AEIO-360 Engine Installation/deinstallation of propellers. Installation/deinstallation of Governor Replacing — Crankshaft — Engine Execution of TCTO or other modifications required by the Flight Mode Annunciator (FMA)
