About the Trust The Howard Academy Trust started in autumn 2015 and continues to grow. As a Trust, they currently comprise of Medway secondary and primary schools. The Regional Schools Commissioner has given approval for The Howard Academy Trust to expand within the local area. Schools in Tender Deanwood Primary School, Long Catlis Road, Parkwood, Rainham, ME8 9TX Temple Mill Primary School, Cliffe Road, Strood, Rochester, ME2 3NL. Meirs Court Primary School, Silverspot Close, Rainham, ME8 8JR Thames View Primary School, Bloors Lane, Rainham, ME8 7DX. Meal Price Current; Children 1.79; Adults on Duty 1.00; Adult Paid 2.00. The Trust proposes that the current meal price will incrementally increase throughout the contract. In Year 1 the price will be 1.90 (6 %), year 2 on 1.95 and year 3 on 2.00. Contract Objectives Full contract objectives will be set out in the final specification but the following are set out as some basic initial requirements. Fixed price agreement(s) with profit share. Cash collection and/or banking by contractor (this is currently the case in most of the schools). Debt collection by Contractor (aided by School). Capital Investment.
