Awarded contract - this means that the contract has been awarded to a supplier and is being published for transparency purposes only. The VOA has a requirement to renew its online subscription to EGI (Estates Gazette Interactive (Radius Data Exchange LRR)) for use by VOA staff. The EGI subscription provides access to commercial property transactions consisting of sales, leases and auction results, occupier details, marketing brochures, planning information, News and Legal information. The requirement is for an unlimited number of VOA users to access the database to view, analyse, cross reference and download for various VOA business purposes including Casework, Tribunals, CCA, Maintenance, SDLT Matching, Validating FOR's, Market Knowledge and Revaluation Market Research / Evidence. Contract is a 5 x year multi-year agreement, based on a minimum commitment of 2 x years, with 3 x further annual 12 x month optional extensions.
