The Provision of Soft Facilities Management Services

Description

The Contracting Authority intends to award a single contract for the provision of a comprehensive range of Soft FM services to support the safe, clean, and efficient operation of its estate. The services will cover cleaning (aligned to NHS standards), waste management, security, reception, patient catering, retail and hospitality, courier logistics, car park management, a 24/7 helpdesk, pest control, window cleaning, grounds and gardens maintenance, patient laundry, portering, water management, meeting room refreshments, and associated administrative support, with subcontracting permitted under the contract. The initial contract term shall be five (5) years with two (2) optional twenty-four (24) month extension periods. ## Contract award Title: The Provision of Soft Facilities Management Services
