Soft FM services to the Museum’s London estate and storage facilities in Reading and Salisbury Lot 1: Facilities Management (Soft FM) of the historical Museum estate and provision of services including: Cleaning and hygiene, specialist cleaning of historical fabric and furniture, Logistics and event support, Post room and Loading Bay management, waste management services, grounds maintenance, pest control services. Anticipated contract duration of an initial five (5) years from the commencement date plus a maximum of three (3) one (1) year extensions. In line with the Contract Notice the initial estimated value of the contract stated at V.2.4 of the Contract Award Notice is based on the expected value of £2.3m excluding variable costs per year. The estimated volume of variable costs, based on 2019-2020 data is £34,000 per year.
