Description

This contract is for the supply of mobile shredding equipment, capable of processing bulky mixed residual waste, in order to produce a reliable and consistent waste fuel supply to the LondonWaste Energy Centre. Full details of the requirements are provided within the tender specification. LondonWaste Ltd owns and operates the EcoPark Energy Centre located in Edmonton, London. The Energy Centre is an Energy-from-Waste facility comprising 5 boilers burning approximately 500 000 tonnes of municipal residual waste per year, in a continuous 24-hour operation, 7 days per week. This contract is for the supply of mobile shredding equipment, capable of processing bulky mixed residual waste, in order to produce a reliable and consistent waste fuel supply to the Energy Centre.
