It was decided the route to market was a Mini Competition via the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of Property Repairs, Maintenance & Inspection Services, Category 10 - Specialism General repairs. A mini competition was published on 6th November 2023 where 4 suppliers were invited to bid. The suppliers invited were as follows: BCS Robertson Ltd, Hankinson Whittle Programmed Limited, PCP Ltd and Westons Garden Property Services Ltd.
