Description
The proposed works comprise the refurbishment of the ground floor and the construction of two extensions to accommodate mechanical plant in designated areas. The project includes the creation of ten ensuite bedrooms and the enhancement of office accommodation throughout the facility. The scope further encompasses demolition activities, structural alterations, and newbuild elements, together with remedial works to damaged walls, acoustic improvements, plumbing installations, and general finishes. Also included are provision and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) .
