The municipality has a separate agreement for multi-function machines. The contract period is approx. 2 years, until the beginning of June 2021. The Contracting Authority will enter into Framework Agreements with up to 3 tenderers. Contract awards for the Framework Agreement shall take place after the re-opening of the tender contest, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-3 (2), (3) and (4).
