Description

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to establish robust working partnerships with Employers Agent, Clerk of Works and Principal Designer consultants, to enable the successful delivery of Aster's development programme over the next four years. The framework places significant emphasis on delivering high-quality products to customers, following policies and standards, and reducing post-handover problems. Aster is seeking consultant partners who are flexible and forward-thinking, particularly when it comes to changes in building safety and sustainability standards. The framework also aims to add value to both Aster and preferably a limited number of suppliers/partners by promoting transparency, openness, and long-term collaborative relationships.
