Provision of Electoral Management System to: • To uphold and maintain the functionality of what the current EMS can do, to achieve the ERO and RO standards set by legislation and the Electoral Commission. • Enable the team to work with mapping functionality to make polling district reviews and boundary changes a lot more efficient by end of March 2022. • A supplier that has the ability to be cloud-hosted now or in the future. • A better postal vote scanning software package that doesn't rely on Kofax or any other subsidiary software package that needs specialist attention from our IT department. • To have a canvassing application for digital door knocking. • To have new and innovative ways to bring about efficiencies within the elections team during election timetables or annual registration activities.
