Framework agreement for plumbing services including materials

Description

Bodø Municipality and Bodø Municipal Housing Foundation intend to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of plumbing services including materials. The municipality's underlying operating units and municipal enterprises will also be users of this framework agreement. The framework agreement period is two years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an exclusive option for a contract extension for up to two years (1+1). Lot 1: The contract will cover the procurement of service assignments connected to the contracting authority's daily operations. Included in the contract is the delivery of all materials required for carrying out the assignments. Below listed are the main activities that the tenderer shall perform in the different types of projects, the list is not exhaustive: - Installation of water and sewage pipes - Installation of a pipe system, equipment and fittings for sanitary installations - Installation of a pipe system, equipment and fittings for water-borne heating and cooling plants - Installation and equipment for technical centrals with accompanying components - Assembly of other installations, such as sprinklers, heat pumps (air-air and air-water) - Perform service and maintenance - Service of heating systems (including air-air/air-water heat pumps) - Consultancy and engineering design services - Balancing, pumps adjustment and documentation for water-borne systems - Installation of water treatment systems - Commissioning water-borne system, flushing and airing - Troubleshooting and upgrade of water-borne systems and sanitation facilities - Duty scheme - call-offs in case of urgent need for purpose-built buildings For a further description of the delivery, see Annex 2 - "Requirement specifications".
