Grounds Maintenance 2023

Description

Westward is looking to appoint contractors to provide high quality and cost-effective grounds maintenance services. This should contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction, which will enhance the reputation of Westward Housing Group through the maintenance and improvement of its horticultural features on its estates. There is no requirement for you to have a certain level of turnover in order to submit a tender. We are hoping this will encourage SME’s and Micro companies to work with us. WHG are more interested in the quality of your work, that you are qualified and hold the right abilities to carry out the work. Each contractor may only bid for four Lots. The areas covered by the Lots are: Lot 1 Bodmin Lot 2 SE Cornwall Lot 3 Plymouth City Lot 4 Plymouth North Lot 5 West Devon Lot 6 Torquay Lot 7 Paignton & Brixham Lot 8 Newton Abbot Lot 9 Teignmouth – Starcross Lot 10 Buckfastleigh – Chudleigh Lot 11 Exeter & Crediton Lot 12 Cullompton & Tiverton Lot 13 Bude Lot 1: Lot 1 - Bodmin Providing Grounds Maintenance service to Westward Housing sites in the geographical area of Lot. Lot 2: Lot 2 - SE Cornwall Providing Grounds Maintenance service to Westward Housing sites in the geographical area of Lot.
