Blackpool Coastal Housing - Void Property Clean and Clearance Services

Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) are seeking to appoint a provider to carry out void property clean and clearance, including needle sweeps and flea sprays in order to bring properties up to a standard for re-letting. It is an expectation of BCH that this contract will result in a significant level of social value outcomes. This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with Article 20 of the Public Contract Directives and as such is reserved to those operators whose main aim is the social and professional integration of disabled and disadvantaged persons provided at least 30% of employees are disabled or disadvantaged workers.
