The Procurement of an Electronic System for the TT Scheme (Transport Service for the Physically Disabled) in Møre og Romsdal (2021)

Description

Møre og Romsdal County (the contracting authority) has entered into a contract with Rogaland Taxi AS for the continuation of the current TT scheme with the use of an electronic TT card. Rogaland Taxi AS will deliver and operate an electronic system for the TT scheme in Møre og Romsdal. The contract includes the delivery of: — delivery and operation of an IT system, — production, issuing and distribution of TT cards, — giving information as letters or SMS, — management of nonconformities, — administration services, including communication with and service to TT scheme users, transporters, municipalities and the Contracting Authority, — settlements for transporters and reimbursements to TT scheme users. See Annex 3 the Requirement specification, Annex 4 the Assignment descriptions and Annex 6 Appendix to the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions for Consultancy Services (Norwegian: SSA-O). Lot 1: Møre og Romsdal County (the Contracting Authority) has entered into a contract with Rogaland Taxi AS for the continuation of the current TT scheme with the use of an electronic TT card. The contract will be valid from the date it is signed. The electronic system must be ready for use by 1 August 2021. In 2021,the Contracting Authority will revise the TT scheme and the guidelines for Møre Romsdal and we reserve the right to make amendments to the assignment during the contract period.
