Foul Sewerage Network Rehabilitation Works at IDA National Technology Park (NTP), Co. Limerick

Description

This contract consists of the design, provision, construction, testing and commissioning of new foul sewerage pipes. The proposed works will also consist of remedial and rehabilitation works to the foul sewerage network at the IDA National Technology Park (NTP) in Limerick. The works will include (but are not limited to) the following: •Replacement of damaged manhole covers, service covers, and repair works to existing wastewater manhole chambers and CCTV surveys. •Remedial works to the existing wastewater network including removal and suitable disposal of grease/debris from the network and rectification of holes, deformations, collapses, intrusions and broken pipework within the sewerage network as identified in the CCTV survey completed. •Remedial works will include reinstatement where required. •The works may also include, in conjunction with the works listed above, ancillary works including but not be limited to; Property access arrangements; Health and Safety; Traffic Management; Other incidental Works. The Contract requires the management of public relations with property owners, business owners, office/factory facility managers, and with the general public and key stakeholders who may be affected by the works.
