Description

The tender contest concerns the establishment of a framework agreement (‘the Framework agreement’) for advisory and consultative engineering services and construction management for a sports facility in Kristiansand Municipality. The construction of the sports facility is not included in the framework agreement. The objective of the framework agreement is primarily to ensure that the contracting authority has access to one consultant (the ‘Consultant’) during the agreement period with expertise in engineering design and construction of sports facilities, e.g. artificial grass courts and athletics facilities. The consultant must be able to design the facility in accordance with the prevailing public requirements for facilities for sports and physical activities. The framework agreement also includes other necessary supporting functions (e.g. Geo-technician) needed for the execution of call-offs.
