Tooling Equipment and Services for Operation of Valves and Disconnection of Subsea PLR During Com-missioning of EPII Branch Pipeline

Use of Polarled tooling equipment for disconnection of subsea PLR upon completion of EPII Branch Pipeline Commissioning Operation. Further it is the intention to use 80 and 250 kNm torque tools for operation of the 16- and 32 inch valves at the PLEM during the commissioning operation. For use of the equipment some services will also be required, including: — test, prepare and packing of equipment; — participate in engineering meetings; — interface engineering; — review of commissioning operation procedures; — participate in HAZOP; — participate in method review; — supervise interfacing of equipment on vessel; — supervise operation of tools, but not limited to: • 80 kNm Torque Tool; • 250 kNm Torque Tool; • Christie tool + adapter; • PLR connection tool; • HP cap installation tool. All goods and services will be acquired from the PRSI-pool, cf. prior Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice 2019/S 197-480033. Only approved personnel are allowed to handle the equipment/tools and therefore the tools and services cannot be separated.
