Dockless bike hire market engagement

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to engage with the market in advance of a planned tender for two providers to deliver up to 1000 dockless hire bikes each from the start of June 2027 for a period of 5 years with a break clause after 2 years. This engagement aims to inform the development of the tender, understand market capacity and capability, and explore approaches to delivery, sustainability, and social value.
