Consultant Clinical Psychologist Provision for Adopt South

Hampshire County Council have appointed a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to support and supervise the Clinical Psychologists engaged by Adopt South as part of their multidisciplinary team functions, and develop and lead on the expansion of the current multidisciplinary team model. Adopt South are the Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton councils, who find secure and loving permanent homes for children in care by recruiting, assessing, and approving adopters, and to provide them with comprehensive post-adoption support. Adopt South works to make the process of matching children with families more efficient by combining the resources of four local authorities and supporting families before, during, and after the adoption order. The below threshold contract was established following a quotation process whereby the successful supplier met the specification requirements. The Consultant Clinical Psychologist contract is for one year with an optional one year extension.
