Presently this involves communicating with Vaisala road sensors. The successful service provider shall provide a system that will: a) display information via a map based user interface and permit access to underlying data from this display. b) display road sensor data to a resolution of not less than 10 minutes. c) permit data outputs in tabular and graphical formats
