A framework agreement for the procurement of AV equipment (Audio Visual equipment)

The tender contest applies to a framework agreement regarding the purchase of audio visual equipment. Audio Visual equipment is, in this context, defined as digital monitors. However, it may also include digital boards (e.g. Smart Boards) projectors, TV equipment and loudspeakers, cameras and additional equipment for these product groups, as well as other equipment that naturally falls within the scope of the framework agreement (AV equipment). The contracting authority points out that any questions about the competition will in principle not be answered until August due to the general staff holiday. Lot 1: The tender contest applies to a framework agreement regarding the purchase of audio visual equipment. Audio Visual equipment is, in this context, defined as digital monitors. However, it may also include digital boards (e.g. Smart Boards) projectors, TV equipment and loudspeakers, cameras and additional equipment for these product groups, as well as other equipment that naturally falls within the scope of the framework agreement (AV equipment). The Contracting Authority requests tenders for new equipment: Tenders on used equipment will be rejected. If the Tenderer can offer used equipment, this can be offered as an option. Hedmark IKTs owner municipalities have at total of approx. 50 schools. The schools have to a significant extent used digital boards, and other audiovisual equipment for teaching. Digital boards and digital monitors are also used in several parts of the municipalities’ organisation. Screens and touchscreens have so far represented the largest volume in the area of audiovisual equipment and are in wide use in the municipalities. There is estimated to be a small need for projectors during the contract period. Other equipment covered by this invitation to tender is also currently in use throughout the municipal organisation.
