Description

The competition concerns the delivery of laboratory supplies. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured at a cost of approx. NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT per year for the last 2 years. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted within each group. It will be possible to submit tenders within one or more groups. Group 1: Molecular biology. Group 2: Nucleic acid extraction kit. Group 3: Cell biology. Group 4: Glass, chromatography, multi-use and protective equipment. Group 5: Disposable plastic. The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender. Framework agreement. The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement. The framework agreement has a duration from and including 1 July 2020 to and including 30 June 2021 with the possibility for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for up to 3 years, for 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will sign contracts with one tenderer in each group. If a tenderer is awarded multiple groups, one contract will be signed for all of these groups combined. Therefore, a minimum of one and a maximum of five contracts will be signed for the entire procurement. The contracting authority expects that tenderers familiarise themselves with the contract provisions and make the necessary clarifications internally so that one is ready to sign the contract if awarded a contract.
