Description

Framework will run for 8 years as an Open Framework and be re-opened at least once during the first 3 years and again in the following 5 years The Framework will consist of: o Lot 1: Employers Agents - this is a role primarily used in design and build contracts, where the employer delegates responsibilities to a professional representative. The EA acts as the client's main point of contact with the contractor, ensuring that the project is delivered according to the contract, specifications, and budget. o Lot 2: Valuations - assessing the value of work completed at a given point in time. o Lot 3: Multi-Disciplinary - to encompass project management, quantity surveying, architects, engineers and other services relating to the design and build contracts ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 1A: Employers Agents - Nationwide ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 1B: Employers Agents - East and West ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 2A: Valuations - Nationwide ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 2B: Valuations - East and West ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 3: Multi-Disciplinary Services
