Learning Management System (LMS) and Adapt Builder. Live learning platform/portal. The Operational Learning & Development team require a Learning Management System, for the hosting, delivery and administration of all operational and corporate learning in the VOA. LMS is a learning management system supports a wide range of training and development, designed to deliver, track, and manage online and offline training programs efficiently. This learning platform is used across the business as a portal for all users to access their operational learning. In addition to this, we use a content authoring tool called Adapt, to create in-house eLearning modules tailored to the VOA. To continue maintaining this service with minimal disruption, it's also a requirement to gain Adapt licenses to continue creating these learning modules.
