The contest concerns the delivery of a tank lorry for the fire station in Flå municipality in Viken. The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority takes reservations regarding financing and possible political approval. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement. Contract The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms. Contract commencement is expected on approx. 08.05.2023. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
