Description

Ringerike municipality's employer policy, organisational and management development are important areas of focus. In the period 2019-2020, the municipality shall implement a management program that is managed by our internal HR, but that uses external expertise as needed. The municipality is also working on a number of development measures that will require attention in the years to come. Examples of these are work with developing a full-time culture, various service design projects and competence development measures. Parallel to these, there is ongoing work on, i.a. culture and team development, conflict management and guidance and management support. The municipality requests tenders for consultancy services for the following disciplines: — Group 1 Organisation development and continuous improvement, — Group 2 Manager, colleague and team development.
