Description

The scope of the works to be undertaken by the general contractor (GCO) is the construction of the new office building for the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg. The GCO will be responsible for construction, fitting out, testing, commissioning and handover of the New Office Building in accordance with the execution design documentation and BIM models provided by the EIB. The works are foreseen to last 36 months, plus four months if options are instructed by the contracting authority, plus a 12-month defects notification period.
