Description
Clúid Housing is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Employer's Representative firms to provide construction management and relevant services on construction projects arising under Clúid's Innovation Partnership (CIP) with Gem Construction. The framework agreement will be established on foot of the initial contract for Bannow Road. For further information including minimum mandatory pre-qualification requirements, please refer to the procurement documents published.
