Description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) worked for and on behalf of NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to commission a Community Based Anticoagulation Stabilisation, Monitoring and Dosing Service for Non-Complex Patients. There is an expectation the provider will work with the existing provider of complex service to provide a seamless service for patients. The contract will commence on 1 April 2018 for a term of 2 years with an option to extend for 1 year. The tender documentation was available from 12:00 noon on 8 September 2017 until the tender deadline of 12:00 noon on 27 October 2017. The contract is offered on a tariff base.
