CPU 6959 - Right to Buy Valuations

Description

The Council has a statutory obligation to consider applications to purchase Council housing made under the Right to Buy (RTB) Scheme. The Council anticipates 380 applications per year to purchase housing under the Right to Buy Scheme, approximately 10% flats and 90% houses. The Local Authority is seeking quotations from external suppliers as these valuations cannot be resourced internally due to the volume of applications received. Please note this contract does not guarantee volume of works. The figures above are based on anticipated volumes. Valuations will be requested by the Right to Buy team as and when tenants applications are submitted. ## Contract award
