Description

All asylum seekers are receiving a start package with various cosmetics and body care products and hygiene articles (henceforth referred to as Hygiene packages) when they arrive at the first accommodated asylum reception centre. The framework agreement shall comply with the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration's requirement for Hygiene packages in normal refugee arrivals and possible for emergencies with increased refugee arrivals. The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (henceforth referred to as UDI) shall enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the deliveries of Hygiene packages. All asylum seekers are receiving a start package with various cosmetics and body care products and hygiene articles (henceforth referred to as Hygiene packages) when they arrive at the first accommodated asylum reception centre. The framework agreement shall comply with the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration's requirement for Hygiene packages in normal refugee arrivals and possible for emergencies with increased refugee arrivals. The Hygiene packages shall contain articles such as cosmetics and body care products, and hygiene articles in a vanity bag. The supplier shall deliver ready packed Hygiene packages. The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (henceforth referred to as UDI) shall enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier for the deliveries of Hygiene packages. The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years with an option for extension of the contract for a further 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms. The maximum contract period is 4 years.
