River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Structural Repairs and Internal Plaster Repairs at 7 Dungourney Drive, Greenock. A detailed specification for the works required is provided within Appendix B. Bidders shall be deemed to have satisfied themselves before tendering as to the site conditions. Applications for costs, etc by the Contractor made on the grounds of or which amount to lack of knowledge of the Site will be refused.
