The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (The Council) owns and manages circa 6 200 homes in the borough of Kingston. Kingston borough is boarded by Richmond, Sutton, Wandsworth and Merton, made up of four neighbourhoods and comprising 16 wards. The maintaining of water services is to be carried out at all addresses included on a specific property list. These addresses are fully occupied and compromises of multi-storey, single-storey and single properties and are known as General Needs or Sheltered Accommodation.
