White Horse Court Tenant Bridges Removal and Replacement Works

Description

Tai Calon wish to appoint a contractor to carry out work to the two existing two storey flats at Whitehorse Court in Brynmawr, repairing and replacing the walkway access to the first-floor flats from the adjacent footpath. The project includes work to two separate blocks of four flats. The work comprises of temporary works, the demolition of the existing walkways and construction of new forms of access as the specification and concrete repairs. The works are to be carried out with the tenants in place with managed access to enable the work to be carried out safely and as agreed between the parties.
