ENQEIR897 - DS3 System Services – Volume Uncapped – Gate 11

Description

This Qualification System refers to the system that is in place to enable interested parties to submit a response and subsequently qualify for award of Contract for provision of DS3 System Services. Gate 11 covers all 12 services outlined in the Qualification System Briefing Document. The services are split into a number of Lots for the TSO. Lots 1IE – 12IE relate to the System Services required by EirGrid. It is intended that the start date of each of the Contracts awarded under Gate 11 is 1st October 2024. It is intended that the term of each Contract will last until 30th April 2026, as per the decision of the Regulatory Authority set out in SEM-23-103 System Services Future Arrangements - Decision Paper 3, but with an option for TSO to extend the term of its Contract in respect of any or all of its applicable Lots in certain defined cases, at the discretion of the Contracting Entity. This option might apply where, for instance, there is a delay in completing the procurement for any subsequent phases envisaged under the DS3 Programme.
