Según la Ordenanza Fiscal núm. 13 del Ayuntamiento de Tarragona regula toda la documentación a presentar para solicitar la licencia de obras y una de sus exigencias es la autorización de una empresa gestora de residuos ( punto verde ) autorizada por éste y mediante un certificado de aceptación de dicha entidad. Según la Redacción del Proyecto presentado se ha calculado que se van a generar 374,40 toneladas de escombros.
