EGE intends to enter into a contract with Martin GmbH (supplier) for the following: Engineering and execution for an upgrade and capacity increase of the boilers at HEA. Martin GmbH will carry out all the necessary engineering for changes to the incineration, boiler and control systems, engineering and administration procurements from equipment deliveries, monitor the assembly, as well as commission and adjustments after the alteration. The supplier guarantees a capacity increase and compliance with new emission requirements at the site upon completion of the work. The Energy Recovery Department (EGE) needs to increase capacity and quality at the incineration facility at Haraldrud (HEA). The facility was originally constructed by W+E Umweltechnik AG in 1985. Martin GmbH has a majority for all patents, drawings, engineering documentation, etc., that are connected to the original delivery. The mentioned work must be implemented under the planned revision stop in August/September 2020. The work will be based on a general action plan prepared by Martin GmbH together with EGE for the upgrade of Klemetsrud Energy Recovery Facility in 2014. The measures must be verified and approved by EGE. The supplier must guarantee a significant capacity increase and compliance with the emission requirements after the upgrades.
