Accommodation, building and window cleaning services

Description

This contract covers the cleaning of all features, as identified in the full specification of work and the descriptors provided for those features, at properties owned by First Wessex — site list provided within the tender documentation. It covers single dwellings and blocks of general needs, Key Worker, leaseholder and sheltered accommodation across Hampshire and Surrey, with the primary areas being in Eastleigh, Portsmouth and Aldershot. The Programme of Works may include as appropriate to the requirements of the individual properties:- External communal features such as glazed windows, porches, balcony panels, balcony canopies,doors, conservatories, automatic opening vents (smoke vents), photovoltaic units, bike sheds and smoking shelters. Gutter clearing may also be included where it is considered necessary.
