Agder county will procure an electronic system for the TT scheme consisting of cards for the users and a data and payment system with an overview for the user. The procurement concerns all of Agder county, but is divided into two lots. One lot for the geographical area of old Aust-Agder and one for the geographical area of old Vest-Agder. In the tender form, tenderers must mark which area(s) the tender offer concerns. It is a prerequisite that the data system is run outside the county. The offer must also include settlements with carriers and service to users of the scheme. The TT scheme is not a statutory offer to inhabitants, as those with permanent mobility impairments cannot use the ordinary public transport. The offer of transport will be used for trips via taxi that are not covered by other schemes. The offer mainly applies for travel within the county.
