Multi Disciplinary Design Team Frameworks

Description

The Contracting Authority is putting in place a bespoke Framework Agreement with a Multi Discipline Civil Design Service Provider (Lot 2). Lot 1: Multi Disciplinary Design Team – Building Design Services The Building Design Services Partner will be expected to as a minimum provide the following services: -Specialist services to include expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, project management and design coordination, -Architectural services including planning, landscape, fire certs, building control, DAC and sustainability. -Engineering services to include civil, structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical and ICT, -Specialist advice and input to strategic infrastructure planning, -Health and Safety services to include possibly being appointed PSDP -Any other services required to successfully deliver projects.
